Part I · the origin

HALF MARTY.HALF FLY.

October 26, 1985. Marty floors the time machine with the window down. A housefly is in the cabin when the flux capacitor fires. Two bodies go in at 88 MPH. One comes out.

From the neck up: compound eyes, a proboscis and wings that fold under the denim. From the neck down: pure Marty. Red vest, high-tops, skateboard, guitar solo. The clock tower is still stuck at 10:04.

$MARTYMCFLY is a meme, a mascot and a movement. No tokenomics lecture, no whitepaper. Just a half-teenager, half-housefly time traveler and a community that refuses to need roads.
